MEET THE GURU
Who Is CHAS?
CHAS is an original media character created around a simple idea: sometimes a little wisdom, perspective and humor can change the direction of an entire morning.
He is wise without being preachy, thoughtful without taking himself too seriously, and observant enough to notice the strange little contradictions that come with being human.
Some thoughts will make you think. Some will make you smile. And every once in a while, the Guru might actually know what he is talking about.
THE CHAS PHILOSOPHY
Four Ideas. One Life.
The philosophy behind CHAS is simple: Coffee, Harmony, Awakening and Serenity.
C
COFFEE
Morning, energy, routine, conversation, taking a moment, simple pleasures and everyday humor.
H
HARMONY
Relationships, listening, understanding, friendship, family, kindness, forgiveness and human connection.
A
AWAKENING
Perspective, curiosity, learning, self-awareness, growth, opportunity and seeing familiar things differently.
S
SERENITY
Peace, patience, gratitude, acceptance, letting go, living in the present and remembering what actually matters.
